SERVICE and WARRANTY

DNA-Technology provides warranty and service for equipment manufactured by the company in accord with terms and conditions of purchasing contract. During warranty period, we provide warranty repair and maintenance of equipment. After the end of this period, we give after-sales support for our equipment.

Service engineers and regional representatives will help you to install the acquired equipment for PCR laboratories and carry out workplace and introductory training.

Training based on our laboratory facilities in Moscow or at the workplace where the equipment manufactured by “DNA-Technology” installed is also possible.
